I started my Real Estate Career with EXIT Realty Leaders in 2002. From the beginning I was very involved with our Local and State Realtors Association serving on many committees and the Board of Directors.s In 2005 I helped charter the Women's Council of Realtors Nature Coast Chapter, I eventually served as Chapter President before going on to serve as District Vice President for the Florida State Chapter. In 2005 I was elected as a Director for our Local Board of Realtors, moving through the Officer seats before being elected as the the Realtors Association of Citrus County President in 2009. In 2010 I was named the EXIT Florida Mentor of the Year.

From 2011-2016 I worked at the Local Realtors Association starting as the Membership Coordinator and adding the roles of Education Director and Bookkeeper to my duties over the next 5 years.

In 2016 I had the opportunity to return to my roots at EXIT Realty Leaders as the Operations Manager.  My duties now include overseeing finance and accounting, Internet Lead Generation and sales as well as agent growth and development.
