Michael Madden

Mike Madden, a licensed CCIM-Broker-Associate, serves as the Commercial Regional Director for EXIT Prestige Luxury Realty. Mike has over two decades of experience, with a specialized knowledge in commercial real estate sales.  Seamlessly combing the recourses of the CCIM Network and Leadership of EXIT Realty Corp. International, Mike is exceptional at providing the necessary and essential tools for success in real estate sales.

Mike specializes in large tracts of land, commercial/industrial sites, and income-producing properties --This in addition to sustaining a profitable business in single family residential sales. Mike's professional experience includes working as a licensed appraiser.  The scope of his background includes Commercial Property Appraisals, Timber Appraisals, Residential Appraisals, U.S. Government Appraisals such as Right of Way and national forest values for land swaps and Industrial Interests Appraisals.

Throughout his career, Mike has brokered over 2,500 apartment units, 2,000 single family residential, self-storage facilities and countless commercial buildings along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  Mike holds an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of International Management from Thunderbird, a graduate school specializing in international business. For over a decade, Mike served as an adjunct professor of real estate, and an instructor for Realtor Institute.   Mike is a proud veteran and served in the United States Air Force as a C-130 Navigator during Panama (Operation Just Cause), freeing Kuwait from Iraq (Desert Storm), US attempt to prevent genocide in Bosnia (Deny Flight) and later as a Government Contracts Officer (contracting to support military bases for services, construction, and commodities) and systems contracts (space-based sensor systems).
