Michelle Smith

My name is Michelle Smith and I have lived in Las Cruces, New Mexico for 40+ years.  After a rewarding career in Dental Hygiene, I knew my next profession needed to provide opportunities to continue to connect with and assist others in my community and I have found that Real Estate does just that. 

I have been licensed since 2018 and absolutely love helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate.  Navigating the real estate transaction from contract to closing can be a daunting experience and as a real estate professional, I use the knowlege I've acquired over 7 years to simplify the process for my customers. 

I am honored to have been recognized for Outstanding Sales Achievement by EXIT Realty Horizons in 2021 and 2023 and to have completed the EXIT Realty Ambassador Training in 2022.  I'm thrilled to be working towards the newest real estate designation, The Certified Full-Service Professional.

I'm proud to be part of the team at EXIT Realty Horizons where training and equipping each Broker is top priority.  They provide weekly, in-person trainings, presentations from local businesses who provide services adjunct to real estate, and facilitate weekly tours of new office listings.  Community minded, our team participates in various fundraisers throughout the year to benefit local non-profits like, Big Brothers and Big Sisters annual Mud Volleyball Tournament & the LCAR benevolent fund.

Originally from Louisville, Ky, I moved to Las Cruces when I was 16 yrs old and attended Mayfield High School my Junior and Senior years.  I returned to Louisville to attend Dental Hygiene School and upon graduating, married my husband and returned to sunny Las Cruces where I raised a family, worked & volunteered while watching the city grow and evolve into what it is today.
