Meet Milica Treloar

Milica Treloar has been immersed in the world of real estate her entire life. The daughter of immigrants from the former Yugoslavia, she was raised in Parma, Ohio, where her parents invested in rental properties that helped pay off their family home in just five years—a lasting lesson in the power of real estate.

Her professional journey began with the State of Michigan, where she transitioned from a temporary data entry role during income tax season into a full-time position. After stepping away from the workforce to raise her two children, Milica later returned to work until the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. With the real estate market booming, she saw the perfect opportunity to pursue a long-held dream and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2021.

Milica’s background, passion for real estate, and genuine love of people led her to join EXIT Realty, where she is committed to helping her clients find the perfect place to call home. She and her husband have also successfully flipped several properties, further deepening her firsthand experience with real estate investing and renovation.

Real estate runs in the family—her immediate and extended circle includes brokers, agents, investors, builders, and attorneys. One of her grown children is also a licensed agent with EXIT Realty, continuing the family tradition.

Outside of real estate, Milica and her family enjoy spending time at their cabin “up north.” She’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves fishing, camping, boating, trail riding, foraging, and being near the water. A natural people-person, Milica also enjoys socializing, meeting new faces, and making lasting connections.

Milica and her husband currently live in Topinabee, Michigan. She studied Computer Programming and Data Processing at Hammel College, a division of the University of Akron.
