Hi, I’m Miranda O’Callaghan, a REALTOR® with EXIT Real Estate Professionals, proudly serving Spokane, Washington, and North Idaho. I’m passionate about helping my clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence, clarity, and care.

I grew up in Sacramento, California, and relocated to Spokane in 2001, where I fell in love with the charm and community of the Inland Northwest. Before real estate, I worked in Operations Management and then spent 16 years raising my family — experiences that taught me the importance of organization, communication, and patience.

I take time to truly understand what my clients need (and don’t need!) so I can make their experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, military family relocating to Fairchild AFB, or planning to downsize or invest, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. My goal is always to exceed expectations and make sure you feel supported from start to finish.

When I’m not helping clients find their perfect home, you’ll probably find me playing roller derby, spending time with my family, or hanging out with my two orange tabby cats. I’m also deeply involved in our local real estate community, serving on the board of Women’s Council of REALTORS® and participating in committees for both Spokane REALTORS® and Washington REALTORS®.
