Mitchel Bailey

Hello, this is Mitchel R. Bailey, (Known as Bailey).

Mitchel's family moved to East Tennessee in 2002. As the locals would say, “he got lost and never left”.

Yes, he got lost, not geographically. They got lost in the tranquility and beauty that God bestowed upon

these lands.

Our office, (Exit Tennessee Realty Pros.), is proud to represent buyers, sellers, and investors in

expediting them with the agenda at hand. Our offices are in Sevierville and Wears Valley, centrally

located in the surrounding areas. Since this area has experienced incredible growth in the last five

years, my services are spread throughout Sevier County, Blount County and Knox County. There's no

place in the Great State of Tennessee that I am not willing to serve.

Mitchel personally deals in vacant land, and homes for sale. Constantly furthering his education in real

estate, he has acquired a Pricing Strategy Analysis Certification, (PSA). With this certification, he can

specialize in providing the buyer or seller with competitive pricing in conjunction with the recent

performances of the real estate market.

Mitchel is excited to continue working with Exit Tennessee Realty Pros. The office follows the example

Mitchel believes It is very important and brings a great desire to serve the community. Recently, in

2022, he served as co-chair for a committee in the Great Smoky Mountains Association of Realtors. In

2023, he served as a chairperson for the same committee. Now in 2024, he serves on the Board of Directors of the

Great Smoky Mountains Association of Realtors.  Mitchel believes you should always give

back to the communities.
