My name is Molly Leeder.  My husband and I and our 3 children have lived in Evansville Wisconsin since 2001. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and moved to Evansville to put my business skills to use running our family owned Subway restaurants. It is through this path that I have learned to love the community of Evansville and the wonderful people.  I have seen this community grow and prosper and increase in population due to its historical beauty, schools and small town friendly feel. I decided to pursue selling real estate in 2019. Selling real estate is another platform for spending time with people in the community and helping others.  I pride myself in understanding the real estate market in Evansville as well as having numerous connections within the town and the surrounding areas. I really enjoy helping first time home buyers find their dream home. Hearing their excitement when I tell them they have an accepted offer is the best part of my job.  I began working under Exit HGM in July of 2022.
