Monica Guzman

Monica was born and raised in Las Cruces and never plans on leaving the area. "The people in Las Cruces are friendly, helpful and sun shines most every day." Monica attended Mayfield High School and New Mexico State University. She has been licensed since 1997 and has enjoyed every minute of her real estate career. "I love helping first time home buyers purchase a home, the excitement they have is contagious. Home sellers have a different type of energy that can be exciting if moving to a larger home, anxious if moving to a new area (town/state) or downsizing their home. All types of customers are great to work with and each customer leaves a special memory in my heart." In Monica's spare time she enjoys gardening, baking, photography, going to church and spending time with family and friends. Monica is an active board member for the Historic Amador Hotel and is also a volunteer firefighter with the Las Alturas Fire Department.
