Morgan Lunn

My name is Morgan Lunn and I was born and raised on the beautiful South shore of Nova Scotia. Ive seen Bridgewater and surrounding community grow into a land mark for tourism and spectacular sight seeing over my 21 years here.

I am proud to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with properties on the South Shore and surrounding communities. Lunenburg county has become the hub of the South Shore especially during the summer time as the tourism industry continues to grow year by year.

I specialize in everything from helping first-time buyers find their perfect first home to helping elderly folks set up for retirement and plan for the future.

I have been working in the Exit family since I was just fifteen years old helping out with the administrative staff with day to day work. From administrative work to moving up to becoming the marketing manager for a year at the office, I then decided it was time to take the next step and get my license.

I obtained my license early in 2018 year. With real estate now so technology-driven, my recent courses provided me with exposure to cutting edge technology and tools to effectively communicate with and best serve my clients.
