About Myron

I enjoy being a REALTOR®, and as a REALTOR®, I provide valuable assistance to my clients.

My international contracting and purchasing experience has given me a firm background in contracts and consequently transactional real estate. After four years in Tehran, Iran, I moved to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and retired from the Saudi Arabian Oil Company as a member of general management. I oversaw several organizations engaged in major contracting actions, including over $2.1 billion of construction contracts for very large crude oil tankers in Korea, Japan, and Denmark, and the subsequent operation and maintenance of those tankers in Glasgow, Scotland, and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I also established a procurement division for the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Yes, all those megabuck deals were fun, but it was the people that made it all happen. It was my privilege to lead the team and staff. Leading a multicultural team and working with many nationalities was a phenomenal experience.

That international experience prepared me for the world of real estate. I completed my State of Texas licensing requirements in 2011 and obtained a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) accreditation in 2014. I?ve accumulated a wealth of knowledge about the Houston area and markets. Many of my clients were friends, relatives, and neighbors and I appreciate them and their faith in me to serve their best interests.

Myr wife and I moved to Hendersonville, Tennessee last year and I secured my Tennessee license. It?s time to meet new people, enjoy the new area (which we love) and I?m ready to assist you when you?re ready to buy, sell, or lease real estate.

Correct pricing comes from evaluating and comparing your property to similar ones before setting your price. I can assist you in doing this.

Real estate transactions require skills in management and coordination of teams. Team members include lenders, title companies, appraisers, inspectors, and many trades such as plumbers, electricians, carpenters, handymen, and others. I?d be honored to assist you in your real estate transaction.
