Nancy Martinez

Nancy is a Colorado Native! She was raised in the suburbs of Denver, lived 15 years in the San Luis Valley, and has called Colorado Springs home since '97. Her love for this beautiful state is obvious, especially during football season, when you'll see her sporting her orange and blue. Her knowledge of the fast paced and shifting market along with her many connections throughout the state compliments her role as a full-time Realtor licensed statewide.

Nancy brings a passion for life, a love for people, and a tenacious approach to her real estate business. She absolutely loves what she does and the people she feels privileged to work with every day. Connecting with people and building relationships are top priorities for Nancy. She loves to be a resource to others, helping however she can as they work towards their goals and fulfilling their dreams. She enjoys learning new things, meeting new people and is always looking for that next challenge. Nancy is a skilled negotiator, strong communicator and committed to serving her clients to the fullest. She recognizes the value in investing in real estate to build generational wealth and is always keeping an eye out for the next trend and investment opportunity, recently dipping into the world of "short-term" and "mid-term" rentals and opening up the 1st of many to come "Airbnb's" in 2022. 

Having her Military Relocation Professional certification, she enjoys being a real estate resource to soldiers and their families in their transition to and from Colorado Springs. As a successful landlord since '09, she takes pride in providing affordable long term housing to military families and is honored to be surrounded by so many that have served. She is an advocate for supporting small businesses and believes in giving back to her community, proudly serving on the Riders 4 Children Board, a non-profit organization that provides focus, education and resources for children in need, directly supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern Colorado. Words like driven, accountable, playful, and loyal are some of the characteristics Nancy is known for. She rarely turns down a chance to be outside; whether it's playing around in her yard, soaking up the sun while reading a good book, or just enjoying great company by a nice campfire.
