I specialize in assisting our last-time homeowners and their families, recognizing the unique challenges and emotions involved in selling one's final home. This often involves considerations such as family dynamics, legal matters like wills and probate, and complex emotions. With my extensive experience in this specialized real estate niche since 2017, I provide guidance through the intricacies of wills and estates, easing the stresses during this challenging period. As a dedicated professional, I stay up to date with the latest changes in contracts, rules, and regulations within the industry and probate.

• Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES)
• Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
• Affiliated member of the El Paso County Bar Association.

When it comes to first time home buyers, many times, my team and I meet them when they are “future” first time home buyers. Our approach is to help a person prepare as far in advance to buying as possible, to help set them up for success by educating, planning, and goal setting. I devised a Home Buying 101 class that gives people the information they need to set themselves up for success. Our class covers such topics as lending concepts, understanding a purchase agreement, contingencies, homeowner’s insurance, and ways to help you save and prepare your credit. I have taught this class to not only adults, college students, but also high school students.

My deep connection to Colorado Springs, where I've spent more than 35 years of my life and raised my family, fuels my dedication to the community. My husband and I are proud parents of three sons, with two adult sons and one son in elementary school. We enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather and spend quality time playing disc golf together. Prior to my real estate career, I worked as an event coordinator for a nonprofit organization in the space industry, focused on educating teachers about incorporating space education into their curricula.
