Rafael Pareja

  started the real estate business in December 2021. One of the most important reasons I decided to do it was to help other people realize the dream of their own house. What I like best about real estate is the contact with people, people who strive to make their dreams come true, to help them and to advise them professionally is the best reward for me. 

 

I studied business administration in Lima, Peru, and event management, focusing on marketing in Munich, Germany. I'm an independent entrepreneur active in the US, Germany, and South America in Event Management, Marketing, and Music Production. 

I worked also in the business of building and repairing underground garages in Munich Germany. 

These activities have helped me over the years to get hold of an independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working as well as a high level of social competence in dealing with business partners, work colleagues, customers and clients. I prefer to work with both sellers and buyers. 

 I have lived in Kearny, New Jersey, since September 2021, after doing business in Germany for 23 years. I chose to live in New Jersey because of the untapped opportunities this state offers and the winning mentality of American society. 

 In my free time, I compose music and love to travel with my family, go out for dinner and walk our lovely dog , Dante.
