I was born and raised in Frankfort, Kentucky and have lived in Franklin County all my life and know the area well.  I will enjoy serving buyers and sellers in Frankfort and all the surrounding counties.  I am excited and eager to help you!  If your thinking about selling your existing home or whether your buying your first home, in need of a larger home, or downsizing to a smaller one, I am here to serve your needs.

I have always said it takes hard work, dedication to your job, and the love of people to strive and reach your goals in life and I continue to do just that!  I have a dear friend, and customer, Ron Banks, that wanted to share this and wrote this about meFor all to know, it is an honor for me to write about Reva Howe.  She has been my sales lady for years and has exemplified honesty, patience, knowledge, and personality in her sales.  She has great customer service skills and I have no reservations about referring her to anyone.  Your consideration will be greatly appreciated.  Ron Banks, Retired Director of Career Services, and currently a member of the Board of Regents at Kentucky State University from 2017-2023.

 

I am a graduate of Franklin County High school and attended Kentucky State University.  I began my career in State Government of 27 + years and have held several sales and business positions dealing with the public and specialize my skills in customer service.  I was employed for the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority and the Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation of which I had daily contact with Student Loan Borrowers, Schools, Financial Aid Counselors, and Lenders to provide funding for others to attend college.  Along with my duties dealing in Financial Aid and my expertise in sales, it has built me many relationships of honesty and trust thru the years of my career.  I have two children and three grandchildren who I love and adore, a very supportive husband that has helped influence me towards my Real Estate Career along with my Dad and Mom.  I can remember sitting on my parents front porch swing and my daddy would always say, honey why dont you take your sales talents and sell some Real Estate.  You can sell anything, just go get your license.  And so I did!  My daddy was right too!  I enjoy attending my local church and spending time with my family and friends.  May it be going to the parks for family picnics, taking the grandkids to the swimming pools, or boating with friends on the many beautiful Kentucky Lakes.  Having fun and cherishing the time together is what I find so valuable and its the bonding and creating those memories that are so important to me in life.

 

Being involved in Real Estate and helping to serve others in their Real Estate needs has been a long time passion for me.  As with each person I come in contact with, youll be assured of a greeting with a smile.  Knowing that buying or selling a home will probably be the largest transaction a person will ever make in life, my goal is to help make it a smooth and enjoyable experience.  I am here to help you every step of the way!
