Greetings!

I’m Richard Clarke—better known as “The People’s Realtor.” (No cape, just a sharp suit and a smartphone.) As a lifelong resident of Southern New Jersey, I take tremendous pride in calling this area home. Being a third-generation local, I’ve had a front-row seat to Salem County’s growth and transformation—though I promise not to bore you with “back in my day” stories.

One of the perks of living here? Location, location, location. We’re a quick trip to Delaware for tax-free shopping (because who doesn’t love keeping a little extra in their pocket?) and just a hop over to Philadelphia, where you can find world-class sports, amazing food, and plenty of nightlife to unwind with friends.

Recently, my family and I relocated to Dover, DE, to begin our next chapter—but no worries, I didn’t hang up my keys! I’m just expanding my services to both my longtime neighbors in NJ and my new neighbors in DE.

I’m proud to be affiliated with two great EXIT offices: EXIT Homestead Realty Professionals in NJ and EXIT Preferred Realty in Chesapeake City, MD. Together, our team has a simple mission: to help buyers, sellers, renters, and investors in Southern New Jersey (Salem, Gloucester, and Cumberland Counties) and Delaware (Kent and New Castle Counties) make their next move confidently.

My specialties? Helping first-time buyers find that perfect “welcome home” feeling and assisting families who may be facing foreclosure by guiding them toward a brighter solution called a short sale. My goal is to take what can feel like a complicated process and make it as smooth (and stress-free) as possible—with a few laughs along the way.
