Rob Foglia

Rob Foglia is a licensed real estate broker with over a decade of experience helping clients buy, sell, and invest in homes throughout Middle Tennessee. Since 2013, he has built a reputation for honest guidance, sharp market knowledge, and a passion for elevating others through teaching. As an owner of multiple investment properties, he especially enjoys helping clients grow long-term wealth through real estate investing. Rob is the author of Real Estate Reset, a book focused on creating balance and sustainability in the real estate profession. A lifelong musician, Rob plays jazz and blues guitar, and outside of work, he’s a proud husband, father, and marathon runner — most recently completing the St. Jude Memphis Marathon to raise funds for children battling cancer.
