Rob Trembinski

A third-generation REALTOR®, Rob Trembinski was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, with real estate truly in his blood. His family's legacy in the industry spans decades: his father, Terry, entered the business in 1976 and founded EXIT Realty Lake Superior, while his grandfather, William McPherson, was also a longstanding real estate professional in Sault Ste. Marie. Today, the family tradition continues with Rob's sister, Kristen, working alongside him at EXIT Realty.

After gaining experience abroad, Rob returned to the Sault in 2012 to assist his sister in managing EXIT Realty Lake Superior during a pivotal time for the family. Following their father’s illness, Rob and Kristen assumed ownership of the company in November 2012, and together, they grew EXIT Realty Lake Superior to achieve #1 market share in the region.

In 2017, Rob shifted his focus from management back to his passion—serving clients as a full-time REALTOR®. “Helping people is the best part of my job,” says Rob. “I’m honored to guide clients through buying or selling their largest investments. It’s challenging, rewarding, and why I love what I do.”

Rob is a proud dad and husband, balancing his family life with his passion for real estate. An avid sports enthusiast, he cheers for the Toronto Blue Jays, Green Bay Packers, and, of course, the Soo Greyhounds.

Before rejoining the family business, Rob honed his leadership and business skills at various institutions, including St. Norbert College in Wisconsin, the University of North Dakota, St. Ambrose University in Iowa, and Lake Superior State University in Michigan. Rob holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Marketing from Lake Superior State University

After gaining educational and leadership experience across Canada and the United States, Rob returned home in 2012 to help guide the family brokerage through a pivotal chapter. Following their father’s illness, Rob and Kristen assumed ownership of the company and led it to remarkable growth — including multiple EXIT Realty International awards, national recognition, and ultimately achieving #1 market share in the region.

In 2017, Rob felt called to return full-time to where his heart has always been: serving people directly. Known for his warm approach, strong negotiation skills, and genuine care for clients, Rob prides himself on guiding individuals and families through some of life’s most meaningful transitions.

“Helping people is why I do this,” Rob says. “Real estate is about trust, relationships, and being there when it matters most.”

Rob is also an entrepreneur outside of real estate. He owns and operates Cornucopia Gourmet Popcorn Co., a beloved Northern Ontario brand known for community spirit, creativity, and good times — often popping up (literally) at local festivals, markets, and charity events.

Deeply rooted in the community, Rob has served as Chair of the Gutsy Walk for Crohn’s & Colitis, is actively involved in local fundraising and volunteer initiatives, and takes pride in supporting and showcasing local businesses and organizations. Giving back is not a footnote — it is part of who he is.

A dedicated father, Rob’s world revolves around his son Austin and partner Stefania. When he’s not working with clients or popping corn, you’ll find him cheering on his favourite teams — the Toronto Blue Jays, Green Bay Packers, and Soo Greyhounds — or enjoying the outdoors across Northern Ontario, especially on a Seadoo or snowmobile.

Rob holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from Lake Superior State University, with additional experience at St. Norbert College (Wisconsin) and the University of North Dakota.
