Experience

2023 is my 27th year working as a full-time Realtor and my 15th year as the sole owner of EXIT Real

Estate of Ludington. I am a multi-million yearly producer selling residential, waterfront, condos, land,

investment and commercial real estate. I enjoy counseling buyers and sellers to achieve their goals. I

have been a property manager of monthly rentals since 2004. My office currently manages over 55 units.

I work with qualified renters and ensure the Lease protect both the renter and the owner. I have earned

international sales awards along with being chosen as a favorite Real Estate Agent.

Education

Sales Agent in 1996. Associate Broker in 2000. Accredited Buyer's Represenative, Negotiation

Specialist, Certfiied Home Marketing Specialist and Property Management Specialist. I take additional

education classes yearly to keep up with the Laws and trends of this rewarding profession.

Community Involvement

I volunteer, support and sponsor many different local organizations throughout the year including local

school sports, Habitat for Humanity, COVE, Stomp Out Cancer and Mason County Mutts.

Background, Family and Hobbies

I am very happily married to Ted Koikas and enjoy spending time with him and our two dogs, Tucker and

Donner . I have a passion for music and sports. I love everything Christmas. My favorite place to visit

Walt Disney World.
