Rosette Poole

Rosette Poole, REALTOR®, EXIT 1 Stop Realty in Jacksonville, Florida, is a native of the Jacksonville area. She is a dynamic and driven woman with a passion for community service and Business Management. She is proud of her city's rich history and strong sense of community, which she believes has contributed to its growth and success over the years. Growing up in Jacksonville has taught her the value of hard work, determination, and community support. 

Rosette earned her Bachelor's in Business Management from Bethune Cookman University and her Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Her education equipped her with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in her career as a Project Manager at General Motors. She learned the importance of leadership, collaboration, and project management, skills that would later serve her well in her entrepreneurial pursuits.

After 20 years with General Motors, Rosette founded a nonprofit youth organization that provides services to underprivileged children. Her commitment to community service and youth empowerment is driven by her desire to give back to the community that raised her. Still wanting to be of service, Rosette obtained her real estate license to help others achieve their dream of homeownership.

Through her nonprofit organization, Rosette has seen firsthand how homeownership can transform lives and communities. She knows that owning a home provides stability, security, and a sense of pride and accomplishment. She is committed to helping as many people as possible realize the American dream of homeownership.

Rosette joined EXIT 1 Stop Realty because they share the same values of giving back to the community. A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. International is pledged to a charity of choice and to-date, 3 million has been pledged to Habitat for Humanity. EXIT 1 Stop follows the example set by EXIT Realty Corp. Rosette is married with three boys. In her spare time she enjoys, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
