Ryan Swindle

my name is Ryan Swindle, and I grew up in the shoals area.  As a grauate of Muscle Shoals, I have lived and worked in the area since. I feel as if my niche in the real estate market is a new construction purchase, land purchase, or your very first home buying expierence.

 

I recently got my real estate licsense. However my knowledge of the business is not new at all. I have been in the residential home construction business since 1993. Ive seen the market go through lots of different phases.

Originally from the great city of Tuscaloosa home of "The Universityof Alabama" roll tide. I relocated to the shoals area in 1985. Upon graduation, I entered the work force building custom homes. Through this expierence, I learned the importace of listening to the customers needs and doing all I can to deliever. Over the years I have met and worked for so many wonderful people, and look forward to doing the same in the real estate business. Im also a member of Carpenters local 1209, where im able to work at nuclear power plants. Recently I was elected as delegate and trustee of our local.  When i not working my wife and I enjoy pulling our camper to new places and relaxing.
