Sabrina Jones-Schroeder

Sabrina is the Designated Broker and owner of EXIT Real Estate Professionals real estate firm in Spokane, Washington. As the Managing Broker of EXIT Real Estate Professionals, Sabrina created a 16 course training program for new and seasoned associates covering many aspects of a real estate career. Sabrina has been instrumental in growing the company from 10 agents when she joined the company as the sales manager in 1995 to over 45 (and still growing!). She has an enthusiasm for the real estate industry that is unparalleled in many people (as evidenced in her decision not to engage in a traditional law practice). She has many years experience in real estate including time spent as an active listing and selling agent, as well as time spent in sales management and training. Sabrina has been licensed since 1990 and continues to sell to her sphere of influence today.

Having graduated Magna Cum Laude from Gonzaga University in 1992 with Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science and Spanish and a concentration in Women's Studies (during which time she began her real estate career), Sabrina embarked on her law school adventures. She graduated Cum Laude from Gonzaga University School of Law and is a member of the Washington Bar Association having been admitted to the Bar in 1995. Sabrina is very active in the Spokane community as a member of the Downtown Rotary Club #21 of Spokane, serving on the board of directors for the Gonzaga University Board of Directors and other civic organizations.

Sabrina married a wonderful man, Jeff Schroeder, in 2000. They have two beautiful children, Emerson Grace born February, 2003 and Cole Logan born January, 2006. Sabrina enjoys hiking, bike riding, camping, spending time at local lakes around Spokane with extended family, cooking, wine collecting, reading and has competed in mini-triathlons.
