My name is Sam Chiasson and i've been living in Dieppe for the past 25 years. I've raised two beautiful and smart daughters in this thriving community and now it's time to help you get settled in.

I've been investing in multi units for the past couple of years, and that's where i decided i wanted to explore real estate even more. Exit Realty Associates was an obvious choice for me, since we share common values: people, dedication, professionalism first and foremost. I've worked in broadcasting for 25 years, so it won't come as a surprise if i tell you communication is key in all real estate transactions. And it just happens to be my forte.
