My name is Scott Nivens and I have over 10 years experience in representing buyers and sellers in Southwest Florida, specializing in Manatee and Sarasota Counties. I represent first time home buyers, investors, relocations, and people that are retirerees.

In the mid 1990's I started flipping properties as a hobby. In 2002, property values had increased to the point where it was next to impossible to find good, profitable properties. I decided to get my license to find better deals. I ended up helping other people buy and sell their own properties. This is when I realized how much I really liked helping people in their Real Estate efforts.

Scott Nivens is a Forida native who enjoys outside activities. I spent most of my childhood in Naples, but has I've spent the last 38 years in the Manatee, Sarasota area. I attend classes on a regular basis so I can provide my customers with the latest technology and vision in Real Estate.
