Shannon Morgan-Leonen

With over 7 years of experience in real estate and a recently earned New Jersey Broker’s License, I am proud to serve as the Broker-Manager at EXIT Homestead Realty Professionals in our new Pittsgrove location. This expansion allows us to better serve our clients in Vineland and Pittsgrove, marking an exciting milestone for both my career and the EXIT team.

In my career, I’ve earned numerous accolades, including the Cumberland County Board of Realtors' Circle of Excellence Award in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, the EXIT Bronze Award in 2021 and 2024, and recognition as the #1 GCI agent for 2023 and 2024 at our office. Additionally, I was honored as #2 in Unit Production for EXIT of New Jersey in 2021 and received the Agent Choice Award in 2022. My journey began with the distinction of “Rookie of the Year” in my first year of real estate.

Building relationships has always been my strength. I take pride in helping clients realize the dream of homeownership, and many have become lifelong friends who I consider family. With 35 years of experience in financial banking, I bring a unique perspective and skill set to the real estate industry, ensuring my clients receive expert guidance throughout the process.

I am currently serving as a board member for P.R.A.C. of Southern NJ. I am also serving as the Events Director for the Women's Council of Realtors, Southern New Jersey Region, further reinforcing my commitment to empowering fellow professionals and advancing the real estate industry. I also mentor new agents who join EXIT Homestead, guiding them through their early steps in the business to help them grow and succeed. Additionally, I’ve made a significant impact in my community through various leadership roles, including serving on the Pittsgrove Township Council and the Pittsgrove Township School Board, as well as being a retired board member of Arc Gloucester. I am a former Chairman/Board Member of the Williamstown Chamber of Commerce and have served as a Rotarian for the Williamstown Sunrise Rotary.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mother, living in Pittsgrove with my husband Steven and our three children, Gregory, Hunter, and Ava. In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, decorating, cooking, and spending the day at the beach with a good book.
