Sharon Miranda

Sharon F. Miranda is the Owner of 3 EXIT Realty offices in Ocean County; EXIT Realty Jersey Shore, Serving Brick, Toms River and Point Pleasant.  Having lived in Brick Town, NJ for 45 years Sharon is passionate about the Jersey Shore. Coming from a family that started in Real Estate in 1970s, she knows the importance of a home for a family. As she builds her brokerages, Sharon strives to increase awareness about the benefits of home ownership. Specializing in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, waterfront properties, and investment income properties. As a Broker/Owner, Sharon is dedicated to providing special tools and solutions to exceed the expectations of her clients and agents. She is constantly researching the latest marketing strategies and technologies available in the marketplace to ensure her agents and her office remain the elite. She also holds regular training and coaching sessions with her agents to ensure her entire team is trained to be the best of the best in the marketplace. Her education in business administration and economics paired with her background in banking further enhances her real estate skills and knowledge base making her a valuable industry resource. Sharon is a Circle of Excellence Silver award winner for 2022,  is presently President and Treasurer of the local EXIT Broker Council Association and Membership Chair for the Residential Real Estate Council. Sharon and her office are members of the Monmouth County Association of REALTORS® (MCAR), the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and the Monmouth Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
