Shawn Jaryno

        Shawn started off, like most agents, with a Sales Person license and now holds a Brokers Associate License. In 2017 Shawn became a Licensed Real Estate Instructor and has instructed future agents in obtaining a Sales Person License, existing agents in obtaining a Brokers license and conducting continuing education classes for license renewals.

        Shawn volunteers time on various committees to assist real estate agents and property owners and renters. In 2023 Shawn was appointed Vice Chair of the Risk Management Committee for the NJ Association of Realtors and has served on the Data Analytics Committee for the Nation Association of Realtors.

        In real-estate, agents will boast about big deals they close or the dollar volumes they produce, and more often than not these agents lack the personal touch.

            Every client, transaction, listing, buyer, seller, and or renter is unique. Each situation requires advanced skill to work through complex negotiations and problems that arise while being mindful of the human factor. Without the human factor, all that is left is a robot that is focused on volume and numbers as opposed to working with clients on a personal level.

            Born and raised in Hudson County, Shawn has helped countless individuals throughout Central and Northern Jersey and has helped clients as far out as the Panther Valley in Sussex County and as far south as Vineland in Cumberland County.

       Shawn’s practice of real estate is to keep the number of active clients to a manageable limit so that each client receives a level of dedication, advice, and service the client needs.

            These days, you the client have all the tools to search right at your fingertips. The internet has made the agent less important, or so one might think, but the agent has become more important. The process has become more complex, making it more difficult for people to navigate. With over 20 years of professional experience in the IT World, Shawn understands technology is a tool and not a replacement for humans. If used properly, technology enhances, not complicates, the process.

            I pride myself in the fact that I work with my clients, get to know my clients, listen to their needs and explain the details of each step along the way. My clients are the best clients in the world because they are informed, or they become informed throughout the process.
