Shawn Loader

Shawn Loader is a Sales Representative with EXIT Realty Seaway in Cornwall, Ontario. He looks forward to serving clients throughout Eastern Ontario including Cornwall, SD&G and Prescott-Russell. Originally from the GTA, Shawn has lived and worked in Eastern Ontario since 2016 and has fallen in love with the area. He takes great pride in showing off the great opportunities in our corner of the province with a keen interest in both single family homes and investment properties as well as rural properties.

 

He enjoys taking a direct hands-on approach with his clients and is well supported by the fabulous office support staff and all the team at EXIT Realty Seaway. With access to the latest technology in real estate including mobile business cards, virtual tours, and geolocation technology, Shawn is ready to help you make your real estate dreams a reality.  

 

Shawn is constantly furthering his knowledge and education by taking additional real estate courses and mentoring with leading industry professionals. Shawn holds diplomas in Police Foundations from the Canadian Law Enforcement Training College, Public & Private Investigation from Sheridan College and Real Estate Salesperson from Humber College; his education gives him an unique analytical edge for breaking down deals and ensuring his clients' needs are met in a timely fashion. In his spare time he enjoys leatherworking, hunting and archery and will happily explore all corners of potential properties with his clients.
