Shawn Sorensen

Shawn Sorensen is an award-winning real estate Broker, Owner, and community leader based in Temecula, California. Her real estate journey began in 1997 in real estate advertising and as a full-time assistant to a top-producing San Diego agent—an experience that sparked her passion for marketing, negotiation, and client care. After earning her license in 2000 she quickly became a top producing agent, Shawn joined EXIT Realty in 2004, quickly rising as a leader known for integrity, service, and innovation.

Today, she leads EXIT Alliance Realty, a 60-agent brokerage recognized among the top offices in Riverside County, closing more than 400 transactions each year across Riverside, San Diego, and Orange Counties. She is known throughout the EXIT network as a mentor, referral partner, and collaborator who helps agents thrive through education and kindness-driven leadership.

Shawn has earned some of the real estate industry’s most prestigious honors, including 2025 REALTOR® of the Year (SRCAR), 2024 Business of the Year, 2023 Riverside County Woman of the Year, 2022 Western U.S. Broker of the Year, and the 2021 International Humanitarian Award.
