Prior to my real estate career, I served as Senior Vice President for Principal Financial Group a large insurance and finance company where I est ablished their acquisition division and worked nationally running over 400 underwriters, negotiating acquisitions and providing secondary marketing service for Wall Street firms. I moved to Pagosa Springs in 1995 from Los Angeles to enjoy a better quality of life for myself and my family. I am extremely well versed in the development of proposed projects both in Durango and Pagosa Springs. My background in finance services and real estate gives me the perfect blend of skills to best represent my clients' interests.
