My name is Shureka Jones-Holmes and I, along with my husband Derrick decided to call Hampton Roads home a little over 7 years ago. We as well as our son Khari love all that this area has to offer, whether it is dining, shopping or just fun activities to enjoy as a family.  We have seen this area thrive and continue to grow at rapid speed. I am proud to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with properties in Hampton Roads and surrounding communities. I specialize in helping first-time buyers find their perfect home.

I know all too well how daunting the process of locating that “perfect” home can be. Navigating the process of selling, buying, or investing in real estate can be intimidating; I know. While also serving as an Accountant for the United States Coast Guard, I have the pleasure of working with the men and women of the armed forces as they Permanent Change of Station (PCS). I realize just how imperative effective planning can be within the relocation process. With over a decade of experience providing financial services to the men and women of the United States Coast Guard, I am well conversant in acquiring goods and services and negotiating competitive prices. I currently hold a B.S. in Business Management as well as an MBA in Management that have equipped me with the necessary skillset to conduct business in a very professional and charismatic way.

As a real estate professional who continues to represent clients in the Hampton Roads and surrounding communities, I offer my knowledge of the area to every client to maximize their experience during the process and make it as seamless as possible.
