 "Nobody ever said it would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it," are words I live by. This life motto has empowered me to look forward to each and every challenge from finding you the right house to helping you transform a house into your dream home! My name is Stephanie Lamia. I practice both Real Estate & Interior Design mostly around Western Wisconsin with an emphasis in Flooring, Furniture, Accessories & Color. Being a local agent provides me with incite to market knowledge, shifts and trends to identify a customized marketing strategy.

A little about me, I had an early appetite for work ethic. I started my first job at the age of 12 and haven't stopped ever since. I have a Bachelor's Degree from University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point in Interior Architecture and a minor in Spanish. Their study abroad program took me all throughout Europe to learn and study Architecture and various cultures giving me a well-rounded perspective and appreciation for travel. Working with Habitat for Humanity throughout the years has taught me various pieces about the home construction process as well. I started my Real Estate career in 2018. In 2022, I received the Fastest Growing Agent Award from Home Spotter. Also, I was in the top 25 three times for Agent Gross Closed Commission in the Midwest within EXIT Realty. To keep that work-life balance, other things I enjoy are family time, camp fires, traveling, bowling, coaching youth soccer, boating, and kayaking.
