Tabatha Baird

A lifelong resident of the greater Fredericton Area, Tabatha Baird is passionate about finding families a house to call home. After renovating and flipping houses alongside her husband for over a decade, she has since traded her white hard hat and paint roller for a briefcase and laptop, and leverages that experience to help her clients make the most of any property. Tabatha’s natural talent for interior decorating and love for the real estate process benefits every buyer and seller she works with.

Tabatha and her husband Stephen, a paramedic for the province of New Brunswick, have raised two children and are now thoroughly enjoying time with their  granddaughters.  Faith and family are of upmost importance to her, and they are active members of Capital Community Church in Marysville. Real estate gives their family the flexibility needed to make the most of the time they have together. You might even meet Stephen chauffeuring Tabatha to a showing, and maybe even one of their precious grand daughters along for the drive. Life really is about making the most of the time we get to spend with the ones we love.
