Tara Johnson

Tara started her career in real estate two decades ago with a passion for helping her clients. She has built a successful business and has served on the Southeast Minnesota Association of Realtors board of directors, earned numerous designations from the National Association of Realtors and spent time volunteering for organizations that give back to the community. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Duluth and studied graduate business management at the University of Minnesota and marriage and family therapy at Capella University. 

Tara prides herself in providing a stress-free (and fun) experience for her clients. She understands that moving can be an exciting but confusing experience and works diligently to assist her clients in navigating through today's real estate market. 

In 2017, Tara opened her first independent brokerage, At Home Realty, which would later become EXIT Realty Rochester. In 2022, the franchise changed it's name to EXIT Realty Refined as they expanded throughout southeast Minnesota.

Fun Fact: Tara is also a licensed real estate broker in Hawai'i (Aloha!)
