I am a Christian, a daughter, a wife, a mother, and a grandmother. I believe the values instilled in me by my parents are what made me who I am today. I was raised to believe in myself, to always be honest, and to do unto others as you would have done to me. I was blessed with two children that I am proud of, and they have since blessed me with beautiful grandchildren. My husband is a strong influence in my life. He keeps me laughing and keeps me grounded. We have 3 dogs, yes 3, (the last one, Molly, wasn't planned), and one African grey parrot. Between our beloved pets, we remain anything but empty nesters and enjoy almost every moment with them. I like to travel to visit family and warm places and try to get in as much reading both inspirational and educational as I can. I love my work. I have made life-long true friendships thanks to my career in real estate. I am fortunate to have a wonderful team of professionals around me that are my second family, with all of us sharing the same goals, and the same beliefs, to enrich the lives of our clients and each other.

How did Turning Key Realty come into existence? With nearly two decades immersed in the industry, my education and experience provided insights into unmet needs within the market. Recognizing this gap, the idea of establishing a boutique brokerage to cater to these needs took shape. Our company was founded on the unwavering principle that the client always comes first. This isn't a competition to be the biggest or boast the most listings or sales. Rather, it's a commitment to delivering personalized services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. As each year passes, the inauguration of Turning Key Realty feels like it happened just yesterday.

Turning Key Realty successfully achieved its set goals and was poised to elevate its standards of excellence. In July 2018, we made the strategic decision to acquire the EXIT franchise, a move that felt like a natural progression. This decision was a no-brainer as we found a company that shared our mindset and values, ticking all the essential boxes. Unlike many companies that primarily focus on numbers, our philosophy centers on individual growth. We firmly believe that strengthening each agent contributes to a more productive and successful team. Now operating as EXIT Turning Key Realty, we're proud to be in a position to offer agents a retirement plan—unheard of in our industry. It reflects our commitment to being a company that genuinely cares about its team members.
