Terry Petrovich

Like the majority of United States Marines, TerrY (Gunny P) exemplifies Camaraderie, Esprit de Corps and Selflessness. Combined with a strong work ethic and tenacity, he strives to offer exceptional service to each one of his clients, whether in uniform or not. Over a vast and diverse career, TerrY has earned certifications in Legislation, Acquisition, and Program Management, which when combined with his MBA from the University of Phoenix (graduating Magna Cum Laude), uniquely benefits his real estate clients.  He was awarded 3rd Place "Best Realtor" in 2016 from the Honolulu Star Advertiser and has numerous personal military awards for exceptional service and sacrifice to our Corps.  He continues to work with various Commands on the military bases to offer his expertise to military personnel arriving or transferring to new duty stations.  This has allowed TerrY o build a vast Referral Network of high quality agents that he can refer to clients who are moving and need an agent, without wasting their time finding one.  For the last 24 years, he and his wife have invited single Marines, Sailors, Airmen, Soldiers and Guardsman to their home during the holidays providing a way out of the barracks and an opportunity to be amongst family and friends. He has moved nine (9) times in his military career and as a result, is also able to offer relocation expertise to his military and Veterans' clientele.

When TerrY takes the time to relax and have a little downtime, he loves to ski, ride dirt bikes and read about investing, geography or history.  He also loves listening to his children both accomplished classical pianists perform beautiful classical music.  Family is top priority for TerrY with camping, hiking, or skiing and playing games together being some of their favorite activities. Essentially, God, family, and all things military - motives TerrY each day to do and be better.

As you might imagine, life as a Marine provided TerrY with many interesting travel destinationsto over 64 countries in fact! His favorite? Japan. Uncompromising welcoming people, most delicious food in the world, and hygeinic society.  Most memorable? Old City of Jerusalem.  Where the 4 quarters (Jewish, Muslim, Christian and Armenian) all live and work together for Millenia.  The world should take a page out of their book.  When it comes to inspiration, he doesn't look much further than Nick Vujicic, a motivational and spiritual speaker born with no arms or legs.  Facing adversity every day, Nick has overcome many of his limitations and helps others do the same. TerrY had the privilege of meeting Nick at Hope Church in Honolulu Hawaii and when TerrY thinks thing are getting tough, he draws inspiration from Nick.

TerrY is most proud of his wife who is a Registered Dental Hygienist who owns her own Oral Hygiene Practice here in Parker, CO, as well as his two children: a daughter who served four years in the Army as a Dental Specialist and a son who is a Navy Corpsmen with the Marines in Quantico, VA. They are extremely close with unbreakable bonds.

TerrY and his family believe in community support and dedicate a lot of off time helping with homeless issues, especially teenagers and women with children, the most vulnerable of them all.
