Tiffany graduated from Baruch College with an BBA in Operations Management, she also attended the New York Real Estate Institute where she obtained her certification in Real Estate and is a Notary Public.

Accountable for all aspects of managing the Real Estate life cycle with respect to: Marketing properties, coordination of contracts, forms and disclosure statements required by New York State.  Arranging site inspections and building permits for improvements and communicating with mortgage lenders.  Providing detailed progress reports regularly on properties. Keeping abreast and knowledgeable of neighborhood sales, home values and bank processes.  Assisting buyers in locating lenders and obtaining financing.  Prequalifying buyers, negotiations, balancing offers and counteroffers. Managing all last-minute housing concerns and updates
