I am a lifelong Mitchell resident and love our community.  I am a FULL-TIME real estate agent, broker and owner at EXIT Realty Mitchell and a member of NAR and SDAR. I am proud to be a member of the EXIT Realty Mitchell team; a company working on building a reputation in the community as a hands-on, people-oriented business. I graduated from Mitchell Technical Institute with a medical laboratory technician degree and worked at both Avera Queen of Peace and Avera McKennan Hospitals.  I then went on to graduate with a bachelor and master's degree from Dakota Wesleyan University with a degree in biology and secondary education and went on to teach both high school and college level science courses.  I am married to Kleve Klingaman, we both own North Central Seed Company and EXIT Realty Mitchell together.  Kleve will both run and operate North Central Seed Company but also sell real estate at EXIT Realty Mitchell.  We have three sons that have been an active part of the school systems, sports, music and community.  Kleve and I have also owned and managed many residential and commercial rental properties in Mitchell through the years.

In addition to my busy real estate business, I can be found currently volunteering on the boards for the City of Mitchell including Community Services Advisory Board  & The BID board along with serving at The Safeplace of Eastern South Dakota. I am also a member of The Mitchell Chamber of Commerce and serve on the Connect Mitchell committee, the Mitchell Area Development Corp, and Mitchell Main Street & Beyond. I was an active volunteer in teaching Sunday School, and helping at my son's schools and sporting/music events as they were growing up.  I am a member of the local PEO BK chapter.  I also enjoy spending time with my family and my dog, Jack!
