Ty Kilgore

Hi, my name is Tyler Kilgore and I am a full time Realtor at EXIT Realty Midwest serving Lake Okoboji and the surrounding areas. I truly enjoy building relationships with my clients and providing the best experience possible whether buying, selling or investing in real estate.

I grew up in Estherville Iowa and have spent most of my adult years in the Okoboji area. The past 6 years I have been in the construction field specializing in everything from remodels to custom built homes. Prior to that, I managed Okoboji Boat Works before leaving in 2014, venturing out to travel the world! I've since traveled to 20+ countries and plan on growing that number every year! In addition to my passions in traveling and real estate, I enjoy spending time with family, friends and enjoying Lake Okoboji!
