Bert Van Royal Owner Broker Exit Magnolia Point Realty I came to work in Clay County in 1987 and my wife Sandra and our three children Ashley, Bert and Boyce made this our home beginning in 1989. Southwest Florida was my primary home while growing up and I earned a BBA Degree from Southern Methodist University in 1975. Since coming to Clay County I have worked developing and selling real estate throughout the county but mainly in Green Cove Springs. I have been a part of Magnolia Point Realty since 1987 and Rosalind and I have owned the company for over 10 years. A few of the projects I have been involved with are Magnolia Point Golf and Country Club, Timuquana Commerce Center, The Cove subdivision, JP Hall Industrial Park and the Pyramid Moulding Manufacturing plant.

In the community I have been the past chairman for the Clay County Chamber of Commerce, the Clay County Development Authority, First Coast Technical College board of directors, Worksource Northeast Florida and Quigley House board of Directors. I enjoy golf, fishing and reading but mostly I enjoy being a part of a family of 3 children and six grandchildren as well as a wonderful extended family that live here in Northeast Florida.

Real Estate has been an important and very satisfying part of my life and I look forward to continuing to serve the Northeast Florida area as a broker and developer of quality homes and projects for many years to come.
