Vivian Taylor

Vivian Taylor, presently active and employed as an Associate Broker at EXIT True Design Realty in Chicago, Illinois.  I've joined forces with a Real Estate Boutique that has sold and listed several properties for more than 25 years.   Working as a Listing Agent has become greatly gratifying to me while at the same time engaging my clientele and showing them how to increase and build their business profitability to gain financial growth.   Working extensively in the real estate industry since 2016 has initiated my status to be one of the go to agents at my realty office and exemplify individual progress and increase production of my real estate business that is umbrellaed within Exit .  I continuously engage in potential areas of interest, prospecting and channeling the demographics of various communities on behalf of first time homebuyers and sellers/investors by using the MLS (Multiple Listing Service, MRED of the State of Illinois) to create the conditions for properties to exchange hands between said parties and solidify the consummation and finalize the real estate transaction.  

I am privileged to be a part of a nationwide industry that legally serves the public and bound by a Code of Ethics to perform in a professional manner.  It's a fiduciary matter for me, building trust, from past, present and future clients who have to know that I am trustworthy while handling one of the most important decisions of their life.  Keeping a client's best interest at heart from the beginning to the end of a real estate transaction, builds trust.  This is what I offer to all people who have an interest in leasing, buying, selling or investing in real estate.
