Wendy Pelletier

My name is Wendy Pelletier and I moved to the great state of Florida in 2020 from Maine. 2020 was the year of change for me. Closing my hair salon of thirty years and buying two condos, one as an investment and one to use as a snowbird. Well, we fell in love with this area of the Gulf of Mexico. My husband Mike, a 23 yr retired Coast Guard Veteran, and I love boating so this was a perfect fit for us! We became Florida residents and have been embracing the happy, fun and warm life that it brings!

I have been a licensed Associate Broker in Maine for since 2010 and took my FL course during the Summer of the pandemic 2020, determined to move to the friendly state of Florida eventually. I'm a firm believer in the value of real estate. It is always an investment first and a home second. It has allowed me to buy up and multiply my properties by profiting on equity. I am a hard-working girl that is high energy and a perfectionist! I am extremely dedicated to helping my customers before, during and after the sale!

I am also an artist. My creativity has allowed me to take on real estate in a different way. Staging and helping my sellers put their home in the best possible light is a priority. Being licensed in two states will allow me to help more people in more ways. I love what I do and have worked in the public for 40 years. Honesty, Communication, Dedication and Hard Work are all keys to my success. I am no longer looking to set the world on fire with big numbers, but I am looking to provide exceptional service to those I work for, as I continue to be a part of this beautiful community, I now call home!
