Zina Kaufman

Zina Kaufman has spent the last 30 years enjoying the great benefits of living in Chicagoland, specifically the North Shore.  Her unique career path has taken her through many levels of corporate and entrepreneurship, including 8 years as the owner of an Appraisal Management Company, overseeing dozens of appraisers in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida.  This background alone gives her clients a stellar leg up when it comes to property research, market valuations, and more.  Zina prides herself on having lower market time for sellers, and better negotiations in price and beyond for buyers.  

Zina holds the prestigious CREN (Certified Real Estate Negotiator) designation.
