Joe is an engaged member of the Baldwin County Association of REALTORS (BCAR), serving multiple terms on the BCAR Board of Directors and several committees. He is also an active  member of Alabama Association of REALTORS (AAR), the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) and the Baldwin County Multiple Listing Service (MLS). He also serves his local community of Fort Morgan as President of the Fort Morgan Civic Association since 2019.
