Real estate lives and dies on financing, and few agents understand that side of the business the way I do. For more than twelve years I have worked as a mortgage underwriter, making the exact approval decisions that determine whether a deal closes. I know what lenders look for, where files get stuck, and how to keep a transaction moving when it counts. My clients have that knowledge working for them from the first conversation, long before anyone signs a contract.

I help buyers, sellers, and investors across the Phoenix area, with a real soft spot for the historic central neighborhoods. I own and maintain a 1930s duplex in the Coronado Historic District, so I know older homes firsthand, from the character that makes them worth owning to the quirks that come with a property built nearly a century ago. If you are drawn to Phoenix's historic core, you are working with someone who chose to plant roots there too.

Property management is a core part of what I do. Whether you own a single rental or you are building a portfolio, I help owners protect their investment, keep good tenants, and treat their property like the asset it is. My finance background means I look at every deal through the lens of long-term return, not just the number on the listing.

The numbers side is where I am strongest. I earned my finance degree Summa Cum Laude and I am finishing an MBA focused on business analytics. That training shapes how I advise people: with real figures, clear reasoning, and honest expectations, even when the honest answer is not the one someone hoped to hear.

When I am not working, you will usually find me around the neighborhood with my dog, Dakota, or I may be visiting family in Belize, where I have deep roots and a lasting interest in the community.
