Al's leadership skills and work ethic, which were strengthened as a student-athlete at Augustana University (SD), have helped jump-start his real estate career. His organization and determination allowed him to exceed the demands of a student-athlete. Al earned a B.A. in Business Administration with emphases in Finance and Entrepreneurship while also excelling on the basketball court, leading Augustana to the NCAA Division II National Championship for the first time in school history. Al was also named the Most Outstanding Player of the Division II Elite Eight.

Al specializes in working with first time homebuyers, families, and investors. He is extremely self-motivated, passionate about his career, and prides himself on being reliable.
