Alan Mangum

Alan Mangum has a background in management, construction and building design which lends to his eye for detail and on-point service with his clients. Originally from California, Alan has been in Tennessee long enough to have earned the title of "a local". He likes helping everyone achieve their dream of living in the Smoky Mountain area of East Tennessee. However, he particularly enjoys helping military families relocate to our area.  Helping veterans purchase their home is what Alan loves doing the most! Having a military background himself, Alan understands and appreciates how mobile military families have to be and the stability a veteran has when he purchases a home! Alan cares about his clients and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure his clients are happy. His "adapt and overcome" attitude is paramount in getting unforeseen issues resolved that may arise during the home buying process.
