Alnise S. Hodges

I have been a licensed Realtor and Notary Public since 2018 located in Northern NJ. I service, but not limited to, Essex, Union and Hudson counties. My background has a demonstrated a 20 year history of working in the insurance industry, skilled in Management, Customer Service, Procurement and Microsoft Office. Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Saint Peter's University. In addition to my NJ Real Estate License, I am also a NJ Notary Republic and NJ Signing Agent. 

My passion for real estate is reflected in the meaningful relationships I’ve built with my clients over the years, especially first-time homeowners and renters. I strive to ensure each client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their journey — whether they’re searching for their dream home or the perfect rental.
