I got into real estate because I’ve always been fascinated by houses.  I love to be involved with how they’re built and how they evolve into someone's home. What truly drives me is helping people feel confident and excited when making one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Thanks to my hands-on experience in construction, I don’t just open doors — I see the structure, the layout potential, and the little details that make a big difference.

Born in the Philippines and raised in Canada, I’ve spent most of my life in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. When I’m not working, you’ll find me staying active with Muay Thai, CrossFit, or traveling, but always connecting with people. I thrive on building relationships, in and out of the business.

 

Fun fact: I can walk into a house and tell if it’s worth your time before you even step inside — it's the carpenter in me.
