Alven Pulliam is an award winning, full time, REALTOR® who has been making client's dreams a reality for more than 9 years. Alven originally earned his Real estate License in 2011. With his past experience as an MLS Administrator and Education Director at the New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS®, Alven offers a unique perspective as it relates to searching for a home and assisting with the home buying process.

Alven earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Technology with concentrations in Audio Engineering from Bethune-Cookman University. He also earned a Master's in Music Technology degree at New York University. In both cases, he walked away with high honors and an unparalleled work ethic that is the foundation for his valuable client relationships. Alven understands the stresses and hassles involved in the buying, selling, and relocation process and strives to alleviate these concerns for his clients.

Alven is a member in good standing of the New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS® (NSBBOR), Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in addition to the Stellar Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

In Alven's free time, he likes to enjoy all things music & audio. Whether it be going to a concert or helping with Audio Engineering at Calvary Christian Center in Ormond Beach.
