Amanda Archer

Born and raised in Central Louisiana, I carry that Southern warmth and strong work ethic into everything I do. After graduating from college in 2007, I began my career in the casino industry, where I spent nearly two decades building my experience in hospitality, leadership, and exceptional customer service.

In 2009, I married my husband, Brent.  Together, we’ve built a life full of adventure, career opportunities, and a few unexpected turns along the way. We spent five years in New Orleans as we pursued opportunities and took our careers to the next level. Then, like so many others, our plans changed during COVID. After we both lost our jobs, we decided to throw a dart in the wind and move to South Dakota in 2020.

Our journey eventually brought us back to the South in 2021 when career opportunities led us to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. What initially began as another career move quickly became so much more. We realized we loved the Gulf Coast more than we ever expected. The lifestyle, the people, the sense of community, and the charm of the area made us feel like we had truly found where we belonged. This area quickly became more than just a place we lived, it became home. We share our home with Mabel, our German Shepherd, and KitCat, an abandoned kitten we found shortly after we moved to the Gulf Coast. We also carry the memory of Haley, a beloved member of our family who has crossed the Rainbow Bridge in 2024 and will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Our pets have taught us that home is about so much more than a house—it’s about the people and paws you share it with.

After spending years building our careers in the casino industry, my husband and I both made the decision in 2025 to step into a new chapter. For me, that meant pursuing a career in real estate and combining everything I had learned throughout my years in hospitality and leadership with my passion for helping people.

My background has shaped me into a detail-oriented professional who thrives on organization, communication, and creating seamless experiences for every client I serve. Years in hospitality taught me the importance of listening, anticipating needs, solving problems, and making people feel taken care of.

I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction. It’s often the beginning of an entirely new chapter. After our own journey starting in Louisiana through New Orleans, South Dakota, and finally to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I know firsthand how important it is to find a place that truly feels like home.
